Hoping to capitalise on the success of their acclaimed debut and follow-up, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs present their eagerly anticipated comeback single 'Zero'. Moving in a slightly different direction from 'Fever to Tell' and 'Show Your Bones' respectively, their third full length 'It’s Blitz!' looks to be even more exciting if the lead track is anything to go by.

Seductive alt-rock pin up Karen 'O' begins by breaking a few hearts as she gasps and purrs over a sultry backdrop of surging beats and distorted synth. This leaves the band’s usual guitar driven approach on the back seat before a sudden synthesised explosion cuts like a buzzsaw whilst Karen wails. Never have they sounded so dangerous!

'Zero' will no doubt fill a few dance floors, and in turn propel the Yeah Yeah Yeahs to greater heights. It could very well be the introduction to the best work they have ever done.
