Gary Go - Open Arms

British singer-songwriter Gary Go has come into public attention after being announced as this year’s supporting act to Take That’s massive arena tour, which does make us wonder how this landed on our doorstep in the first place. There’s no doubt that the next twelve make or break months will be huge for the young man, but his latest single shows he has the capability to make it his year.

‘Open Arms’ has an emotive yet uplifting feel to it. Powered by float away verses that draw you in and a soaring chorus, it resembles Coldplay with substantial hooks. Put that with a vocal strength that will make the ladies swoon, and you have a winning combination to tackle the charts.

With ‘Open Arms’ bursting with exciting potential, it’s interesting to predict where the name Gary Go will relate this time next year.
